Ingredients

1 pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into chunks

¾ cup apple cider vinegar

1 ¼ cup granulated sugar

⅛ teaspoon salt

6 whole cloves

1 stick of cinnamon

Preparation

In a saucepan simmer ingredients for 10 minutes.


Let cool and store in a ball jar.
