This spirited green sauce is a celebration of summer, transforming humble ingredients into a culinary sensation that embodies freshness and simplicity. Pistou is perfect for drizzling over pasta, swirling into soups, or spreading onto crusty bread. Its versatility makes it a staple for quick weeknight meals or elegant gatherings.
