Ingredients
4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
⅓ cup oil
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix oil, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a smaller bowl; pour over dry oats and mix well.
Spread mixture onto two ungreased baking sheets.
