This easy homemade granola is made with simple, wholesome ingredients and comes together in minutes, making it perfect for busy mornings or meal prep. Lightly sweetened and endlessly customizable, it’s delicious sprinkled over yogurt, served with milk, or enjoyed straight from the jar for a quick, nourishing snack.

Ingredients

4 cups gluten-free rolled oats

⅓ cup oil

½ cup honey

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix oil, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a smaller bowl; pour over dry oats and mix well.


Spread mixture onto two ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing.
