Ingredients
1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 chicken breast
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup dry white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons capers
1 lemon, sliced
Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Preparation
