Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large red onion, peeled and chopped
1 red pepper, cleaned, cored and chopped
1 orange pepper, cleaned, cored and chopped
1 yellow pepper, cleaned, cored and chopped
2 pounds ground turkey breast
2 tablespoons dark chili powder
½ cup of dark brown sugar
2 28-ounce cans chopped tomatoes
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can chili beans, not drained

Preparation
In a heavy-duty stock pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sauté the red onion, peeled and chopped, red pepper, cleaned, cored, and chopped, orange pepper, cleaned, cored, and chopped, and yellow pepper, cleaned, cored, and chopped for approximately 5 minutes, or until they become soft.
Add ground turkey breast and cook thoroughly, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Incorporate chili powder, brown sugar, and crushed tomatoes, then simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
Add all the beans and gradually heat for another 15 minutes.
Finally, add hot sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
