Ingredients

1 ¼ cups glutinous rice flour

1 ¼ cups oat flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon xanthan gum

1 ½ cups packed light brown sugar

¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

½ cup (1 stick) plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature

3 large eggs

4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

¼ cup caramel sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, excluding the chocolate chips. Employ a spatula to delicately incorporate the chocolate chips.
