Ingredients

1 egg lightly beaten

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup gluten-free panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ onion minced

2 garlic cloves minced

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 pound ground turkey

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the egg, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix them together using a fork.
