Gluten-Free Homemade Chocolate Brownies

Gluten-Free Homemade Chocolate Brownies

About the Recipe

Gluten-Free Homemade Chocolate Brownies, a beloved dessert, blend cake and cookie. Renowned for their dense, fudgy texture and rich flavor, they’re a standout choice for chocolate lovers.

Typically baked in a square or rectangular pan, brownies ensure even cooking and easy slicing. This method guarantees a uniform texture and facilitates sharing, making them popular for gatherings, parties, and potlucks. Once baked, they can be cut into various sizes, from bite-sized squares to larger pieces, catering to different preferences.

Beyond their classic chocolate flavor, brownies can be customized with mix-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or swirls of cream cheese or caramel. This versatility allows bakers to experiment with different ingredients, resulting in a diverse range of flavors and styles, from chewy and fudgy to cakey and light.

Brownies pair wonderfully with other accompaniments. A scoop of vanilla ice cream atop a warm brownie creates a delightful contrast of temperatures and textures, while a dollop of whipped cream adds a light, airy touch. For a classic pairing, a glass of cold milk enhances the overall flavor experience and provides a refreshing balance to the sweetness.

Overall, brownies transcend their status as a mere dessert; they evoke nostalgia and comfort. Whether enjoyed at a family gathering, a casual get-together, or as a simple indulgence at home, they continue to hold a special place in the hearts of dessert lovers worldwide.

Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoon water boiling

1 stick of butter melted

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs beaten

¾ cup oat flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

¾ teaspoon salt

⅔ cup cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup mini dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray an 8X8 baking dish with cooking spray.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine all the dry ingredients until evenly mixed.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula to avoid overmixing.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Use a spoon or spatula to smooth the top evenly.

Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).

Let the baked dish cool in the pan for about 2 hours, or until completely cool, before cutting into pieces.
