Cilantro Citronnade

Cilantro Citronnade

About the Recipe

This versatile cilantro and citrus sauce, known as “citronnade,” can be prepared in various styles, ranging from a simple oil-and-lemon vinaigrette to a creamy, tangy dipping sauce. The recipe below offers options for both. Cilantro Citronnade Sauce, a vibrant and herbaceous blend, harmonizes the fresh, zesty flavors of cilantro and lemon with the richness of cashews and Parmesan. This refreshing mixture has a creamy yet light texture, enhanced by the nutty depth of olive oil and the subtle tang of lemon juice. The addition of salt and pepper elevates the brightness of the coriander bouquet, resulting in a lively flavor that is perfect as a dip, drizzle, or accompaniment to your favorite dishes. Its unique combination of citrus and herbs delivers a crisp, invigorating taste in every spoonful.
