Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted butter

1 stick salted butter

3 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup caramel sauce (from above)

4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream* add more for desired consistency

Preparation

Whip butter until light and fluffy.

Add powdered sugar,

Add ½ cup of the cooled caramel sauce, and vanilla.

Mix until well combined and slightly fluffy.

Chill until it becomes a more firm consistency if needed.
