Ingredients
1 stick of butter
1 container of cherry tomatoes
1 large shallot chopped
2 scallions chopped
1 lemon juiced
Preparation
Place butter in pan and melt.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until tomatoes are blistered.
For the fish I grilled it on my Lynx flat top for 15 minutes and topped with the Matecumbe preparation.
